摘  要:由于现有的优化方法总利润低,没有达到期望收益最大化目标,为此研究数据共享环境下建筑材料供应链集成优化方法。供应链中存在多个实体,通过特定的协调策略进行供应链优化,使得供应链各部分能够快速完成响应。设计适当的激励机制来增加对知识进行共享的努力水平,在最优情况下添加约束条件,根据实际生产工况对调度方案进行调整。运用BIM 5D技术将供应链中的几何特性、所有建筑材料供配信息存储到平台中进行集成分析。使用RTI模式,在决策过程中对单位时间内,供应链的总体成本进行优化。运用遗传算法对决策变量进行编码,选择个体的可行解,形成新父代种群。通过迭代次数判断是否达到最大值从而达到供应链集成优化的目的。实验结果表明,在数据共享环境下,实验组总利润为41573万元,为5个小组的最高总利润,达到期望收益最大化目标,实现供应链集成优化方法的良好应用。Due to the low total profit of existing optimization methods and the failure to achieve the goal of maximizing expected returns,this study focuses on the integrated optimization method of building material supply chain in a data sharing environment.There are multiple entities in the supply chain,and specific coordination strategies are used to optimize the supply chain,enabling each part of the supply chain to respond quickly.Design appropriate incentive mechanisms to increase the level of effort in knowledge sharing,add constraints in the optimal situation,and adjust the scheduling plan based on actual production conditions.Utilize BIM 5D technology to integrate and analyze the geometric characteristics of the supply chain and store all building material supply and distribution information on the platform.Using the RTI model,optimize the overall cost of the supply chain per unit time during the decision-making process.Using genetic algorithms to encode decision variables,select feasible solutions for individuals,and form a new parent population.Determine whether the maximum value has been reached through the number of iterations to achieve the goal of supply chain integration optimization.The experimental results show that in the data sharing environment,the total profit of the experimental group is 415.73 million yuan,which is the highest total profit of the five groups,achieving the goal of maximizing expected returns and achieving good application of supply chain integration optimization methods.
