摘　　要：阿司匹林在心血管疾病的一级、二级预防中应用广泛,其对上消化道的不良反应已被人们熟知,而阿司匹林相关性肠病,如小肠糜烂、溃疡、结肠炎,却被忽视。近年来,阿司匹林相关性肠病的发病率逐年升高。因此就其发病机制、临床表现、诊断和鉴别诊断及治疗方面进行综述,以期提高临床医师对该病的认识。Aspirin is widely used in the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.Its side effects on the upper gastrointestinal tract are well-known,while Aspirin-associated enteropathy,such as small intestine erosion,ulcers,colitis,have been ignored.In recent years,the incidence of Aspirin-associated enteropathy has increased year by year.Therefore,a review was conducted on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of Aspirin-associated enteropathy,in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
