摘　　要：RomeⅣ定义功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)属于肠-脑互动异常性疾病,常合并焦虑、抑郁表现,这会显著降低FC患者的生活质量并增加治疗难度。本文旨在回顾并探讨FC合并焦虑、抑郁患者的流行病学特点、高危因素,分析其发病机制、临床表现、诊断标准、治疗策略及预后,重点分析FC症状和焦虑、抑郁症状之间的相互作用以及目前临床常用的治疗方式对此类患者的治疗效果。综合来看,焦虑、抑郁等表现会和便秘症状交互加重,并影响疾病的转归及预后,目前治疗强调个体化、综合治疗。本文对FC合并焦虑、抑郁的临床特点和治疗策略进行综述,以提供临床医师更全面地了解该病规范诊疗的信息。RomeⅣdefines functional constipation(FC)as a disorders of gut-brain interaction,often accompanied by anxiety and depression,which can significantly reduce the quality of life of patients with FC and make it more difficult to treat.The purpose of this article is to review and discuss the epidemiological characteristics,risk factors,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic criteria,treatment strategies and prognosis of patients with FC combined with anxiety and depression,and to focus on the interaction between FC symptoms and anxiety and depression symptoms,as well as the treatment effects of commonly used clinical treatment methods for such patients.On the whole,anxiety,depression and other manifestations will aggravate constipation symptoms and affect the outcome and prognosis of the disease.At present,treatment emphasizes individualized and comprehensive treatment.This article reviewed the clinical characteristics and treatment strategies of FC combined with anxiety and depression,so as to provide clinicians with a more comprehensive understanding of the standard diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
