摘  要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是指在无过量饮酒史的前提下,由多种因素引起的肝脏脂肪蓄积,以肝实质细胞和非实质细胞的脂肪变性为主要特征的一种肝脏代谢性疾病。其病理特征涵盖炎症改变、脂肪蓄积和纤维化等。Kuffer细胞(Kuffer cells,KCs)是肝脏正常功能及维持机体内环境稳定的重要组成部分。在NAFLD的发生和发展过程中,KCs参与了病程演变,包括肝脏的炎症反应、脂肪蓄积以及肠道功能改变对肝脏的损伤。因此,加深对KCs的理解,将为我们预防和治疗NAFLD提供新的思路与方法。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)refers to the accumulation of fat in the liver due to multiple factors in the absence of a history of excessive alcohol consumption.Its primary characteristics are the fatty degeneration of hepatocytes and non-parenchymal cells,making it a metabolic liver disease.The pathological features include inflammatory changes,fat accumulation and fibrosis.Kupffer cells(KCs)are essential components for the normal functioning of the liver and the maintenance of homeostasis in the body.During the occurrence and progression of NAFLD,KCs are involved in the evolution of the disease course,including hepatic inflammatory responses,fat accumulation and the damage to the liver caused by changes in gut function.Therefore,a deeper understanding of KCs will provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
