摘　　要：忠诚教育是公安院校人才培养的重要组成部分,是公安机关思想政治工作的重要内容。忠诚教育在公安院校人才培养中有着十分重要的作用,是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的。在新时代背景下,公安院校如何充分发挥忠诚教育对公安人才培养的作用,使忠诚教育有效融入公安院校人才培养全过程,是当前摆在各级公安院校面前的一个重大课题。从忠诚教育与公安院校人才培养的关系入手,探讨公安院校忠诚教育体系构建的必然价值、现实困境与实践举措,以期为加强和改进新时代公安院校人才培养工作提供有益借鉴。Loyalty education is a crucial component of talent cultivation in police colleges and universities,as well as an important aspect of i-deological and political work within public security organs.Loyalty education plays a vital role in the cultivation of talents in police colleges and uni-versities,serving as an important means of nurturing qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.In the context of the current new era,a key challenge for police colleges is how to fully harness the role of loyalty education and effectively integrate it into every stage of talent development.This paper begins with the relationship between loyalty education and talent cultivation in police colleges and universities,exploring the intrinsic value,practical difficulties,and practical measures for constructing a loyalty education system in police colleges and universities.The aim is to provide bene-ficial insights for strengthening and improving the talent cultivation efforts of police colleges and universities in the new era.
