摘 要:牙槽嵴保存技术(alveolar ridge preservation,ARP)可阻断或减缓牙槽骨吸收,实现剩余牙槽嵴的保存或增量,降低种植位点植骨的比例和治疗难度。尽管ARP是一种有效减少骨吸收的方法,但在手术方法、时机等方面仍存在争议。本文将对近年来ARP的材料选择与临床程序、临床疗效、影响预后的因素、治疗决策树和术后并发症进行综述。Alveolar ridge preservation(ARP)could reduce the amount of required bone graft and the complexity of the augmentation procedure during the consequent implant placement.Although ARP is an effective way to reduce bone resorption,there is still controversy about the surgical method and timing of surgery.This article systematically reviewed ARP procedure in terms of material selection,clinical procedure,clinical efficacy,prognostic factors,treatment decision trees,and postoperative complications.
