守正创新推动思想政治理论课建设内涵式发展的重难点及完善对策探析

摘　　要：思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。守正创新推动思政课建设内涵式发展是新时代思政课建设的新理念和新要求,更加注重思政课的内涵建设,更加突出思政课高质量发展。从建设重点来看,思政课内涵式发展的根本在于党的理论武装与课程体系建设同步推进;基础在于以新时代伟大成就为支撑、丰富课程内容;主线在于构建“三全育人”体系,形成“大思政”育人格局;关键在于思政课教师队伍建设,培育提升教师素质能力。从建设难点而言,课程教材体系与党的创新理论需要协调适应,教师数量与教育教学质量需要同步提升,教学方式方法与教学评价体系需要联动调整,学科建设与思政课程、大中小思政建设需要一体推进,思政内部力量与各类外部力量需要融通贯通。从建设发展路径来讲,既要优化顶层设计,注重思政课理论研究,也要加强理论武装,丰富思政课课程内容;既要聚焦教师教学,提升思政课教学质量,也要贯通课堂体系,汇聚全社会育人合力。The ideological and political education(IPE)courses serve as a key curriculum for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating talents through fostering virtues.Promoting the connotative development of IPE through upholding fundamentals and driving innovation represents a new concept and requirement for the IPE in the new era.This approach lays more emphases on the connotation interpretation and high-quality development of IPE.In terms of focal points,the basic of connotative development lies in simultaneously advancing the construction of the curriculum system and equipping it with the Party’s theories;its foundation is enriching course content with the support of the new era’s great achievements;its main thread involves building a“Three-Wholeness Education”system to form a“Greater IPE”pattern;and its key is the teaching staff construction to improve teachers’qualities and abilities.Regarding the difficulties,the curriculum textbook system needs to align with the Party’s innovative theories dynamically;faculty quantity and teaching quality need synchronous improvement;teaching methods and evaluation systems need interactive adjustments;the construction of the IPE discipline need to be advanced in unity with the construction of IPE courses,and greater,medium and smaller IPE;and internal forces within IPE must integrate with external resources.In terms of paths,it is essential to prioritize planning at the top level to emphasize academic research in IPE and strengthen theoretical empowerment to enrich course content;it is also necessary to focus on teaching methods to improve teaching quality,and integrate classroom systems to mobilize societal forces for collective educational efforts.
