摘 要:为提升混合储能系统参与调频辅助服务市场的收益,提出一种基于模型预测控制的滚动优化控制策略。利用训练成功的长短时记忆网络模型预测未来的调频指令,基于混合储能的退化成本模型,以最小化运行成本为目标建立混合储能参与调频服务的实时滚动优化模型,通过所提策略优化混合储能对当前调频指令的响应。结果表明,与电池储能系统和传统功率控制策略相比,所提策略分别实现了调频利润27.86%和10.27%的增长,增强了混合储能系统在提供调频辅助服务方面的技术经济性。This paper proposes a rolling optimization control strategy based on a model predictive control to improve the revenue from the market serviced by the frequency regulation auxiliary in hybrid energy storage system.The study works by using a trained long-term and short-term memory network model to predict the future frequency regulation command,and establishing a real-time rolling optimization model with hybrid energy storage for frequency regulation service based on the degradation cost model of hybrid energy storage and the goal of minimizing operating cost,and optimizing the response of hybrid energy storage to the current frequency regulation command.The results show that compared with the battery energy storage system and the traditional power control strategy,the proposed strategy achieves an increase of 27.86%and 10.27%in frequency regulation profits,respectively,and improves the technical economy effect of the hybrid energy storage system for the frequency regulation auxiliary services.
