摘 要:针对隧道开挖过程中局部超欠挖严重、轮廓呈波浪状,整体光面爆破效果较差,未形成光滑的轮廓线,存在二次爆破施工等问题,以樵坪山隧道Ⅳ级围岩段为研究对象,依据现场试验,提出了炮孔布置、装药结构等参数优化调整方法。结果表明:1)优化后的方案减少了超挖与欠挖量,平均线性超挖量由15 cm减小为5 cm,降低了66.7%,后续2段无欠挖发生,循环进尺由1.9 m~2.1 m提升为2.2 m~2.4 m;2)优化后的方案提高了循环进尺量,加快了施工进度,减少了初期支护循环时间及喷射混凝土用量,较好地实现了隧道光面爆破开挖。该试验结果可供Ⅳ级围岩隧道全断面光面爆破施工超欠挖控制、参数设计调整优化参考。In response to the severe local over excavation and wave shaped contour during tunnel excavation,and problems that overall smooth blasting effect is poor and a smooth contour line is not formed,resulting in secondary blasting construction and other problems,optimization and adjustment methods for parameters such as hole layout and charge structure are proposed,taking the ClassⅣsurrounding rock section of Qiaopingshan tunnel as the research object,based on field experiments.The results showed that:1)The optimized scheme reduced the amount of over excavation and under excavation.The average linear over excavation was reduced from 15 cm to 5 cm,a decrease of 66.7%.There was no under excavation in the subsequent two sections,and the cyclic footage increased from 1.9 m to 2.1 m to 2.2 m to 2.4 m;2)The optimized plan has increased the cyclic footage,accelerated the construction progress,reduced the initial support cycle time and the amount of sprayed concrete,and effectively achieved smooth blasting excavation of the tunnel;3)The test results can be used as a reference for controlling over excavation and optimizing parameter design during full section smooth blasting construction of GradeⅣsurrounding rock tunnels.
