摘 要:为提高综掘装备用短距摆动式刮板输送机的运行可靠性,首先,基于悬链线理论建立刮板链张紧补偿位移与链节间张力的理论模型,推导出刮板链在输送槽弯道区域的摩擦阻力、链节间张力以及侧向挤压力的理论计算方法,构建短距摆动式刮板输送机刚柔耦合多体接触动力学模型;其次,结合输送机尾横摆现场试验,利用压力-速度数据,调试设定刚柔耦合仿真模拟试验参数;最后,提出在不同横摆角度、输送机仰角和刮板链链速多种工况条件下短距摆动式掘进刮板输送机周期循环动态张力分布获取方法,探究空载摆动工况周期闭环运行下刮板链-弹簧板-尾部输送槽相互作用的刚柔接触特性,以及输送系统动态张力分布规律。结果表明:整个运行过程中刮板链张力和侧向挤压力与输送机仰角、机尾横摆角度及链速呈正相关,且机头驱动链轮啮合处会出现张力剧增;刮板链由“直”变“曲”的过程中链节间扭矩增大,造成刮板与弹簧板间短时刻刮卡,运行轨迹呈“内密外疏”的排布方式;实测了输送机摆动有杆腔压力,经过数值与仿真获取结果的对比分析,验证了该方法的有效性。To improve the operation reliability of short-distance swing scraper conveyors for general mining equipment,firstly,the theoretical model of scraper chain tension compensation displacement and interlink tension is established based on the theory of hanging chain line,and the theoretical calculation method of friction resistance,interlink tension and lateral squeezing pressure of the scraper chain in the area of conveying trough bend are deduced to construct the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body contact dynamics model of the shortdistance swing scraper conveyor;secondly,combined with the field test of conveyor tail swing,using the pressure-velocity data,debugging and setting the parameters of rigid-flexible coupling simulation;finally,a method of obtaining the dynamic tension distribution of the cycle of short-distance swing type road heading scraper conveyor is proposed under different swing angles,conveyor elevation angles and scraper chain speeds.To investigate the rigid-flexible contact characteristics of the scraper chain,spring plate and tail conveyor trough under the closed-loop cyclic operation in no-load swing condition,and the dynamic tension distribution law of the conveyor system.The results show that the scraper chain tension and lateral extrusion pressure are positively correlated with the elevation angle of the conveyor,the traverse angle of the tail,and the chain speed in the whole operation process,and there is a sharp increase in the tension at the engagement of the driving sprocket at the head;the torque between the chain links increases in the process of the scraper chain changing from 'straight' to 'curved',resulting in a short moment of scraping between the scraper and the spring plate;the running trajectory is 'dense inside and sparse outside' arrangement.Through comparing the actual measurement of conveyor swing rod cavity pressure and numerical value with the results obtained by simulation,the validity of the method is verified.
