摘 要:针对损伤识别中外激励难以准确测量以及薄板结构需要大量测点的问题,提出一种动响应传递比与曲率结合的薄板损伤定位法。首先,通过薄板结构上较少的测点,分别构建动响应传递比曲率比以及相对欧氏曲率相似度损伤指标,利用该指标对损伤的横向坐标与纵向坐标进行损伤定位;其次,以单端固支的矩形薄板为例进行仿真,使用较少测点布置3条测线,进行了损伤前后不同单点激励下的损伤定位以及不同水平噪声影响下的单处与多处损伤定位;最后,进行了实验验证。结果表明:动响应传递比与曲率结合的薄板损伤定位法可在较少测点、单点激励等信息未知的情况下较准确地定位薄板结构损伤,且具有一定的抗噪性。To address the problems of damage identification in which the external excitation is difficult to measure accurately and thin plate structures require a large number of measurement points,a thin plate damage localization method combining the dynamic response transfer ratio and curvature is proposed.The damage indexes of the ratio of dynamic response transfer ratio curvature and relative Euclidean curvature similarity are constructed through fewer measurement points on the thin plate structure,and the damage localization is performed by using the ratio of dynamic response transfer ratio curvature and the relative Euclidean curvature similarity to specify the lateral and longitudinal coordinates of the damage,respectively.In the simulation,taking a rectangular thin plate fixed at single end as an example,three measurement lines are arranged with fewer measurement points to simulate the damage localization before and after the damage under different single-point excitation,as well as single and multiple damage localization under the influence of different levels of noise.Finally,through experimental verification,the results show that the thin plate damage localization method combining dynamic response transfer ratio and curvature can locate the damage of thin plate structure accurately and have a certain degree of noise immunity in the case of fewer measurement points and unknown single-point excitation details.
