摘　　要：目的:探讨伴有自杀行为的青少年抑郁症患者自杀态度与应激源的相关性及危险因素分析。方法:选取197例青少年抑郁症患者进行研究,采用患者健康问卷抑郁症状群量表、自杀态度问卷、自杀意念自评量表(self-rating idea of suicide scale,SIOSS)、中学生应激源量表(stressors scale for middle school students,SSMSS)进行评估,按照是否有自杀行为分为自杀组115例和非自杀组82例并进行组间比较,将所有变量纳入多元线性回归模型进行分析。结果:自杀组对自杀行为及自杀者态度评分低于非自杀组,对自杀者家属态度评分高于非自杀组;自杀组SIOSS评分及SSMSS评分高于非自杀组;经济状况、对自杀行为的认识、自身压力、朋友同学压力是青少年患者自杀的影响因素。结论:青少年抑郁症患者自杀率较高,自杀者对自杀行为持肯定态度,且承受更多应激源,经济条件好、人际关系紧张及支持自杀的青少年更易发生自杀行为。Objective:To investigate the correlation between suicidal attitudes and stressors in adolescent depression patients with suicidal behavior and analyze risk factors Method:A total of 197 adolescents with depression were studied and evaluated using the patient health questionnaire-9,questionnaire of suicide attitude,self-rating idea of suicide scale(SIOSS),and stressors scale for middle school students(SSMSS).These patients were divided into a suicide group with 115 cases and a non-suicide group with 82 cases according to whether there was a suicide behavior,and comparisons were made between the two groups.All variables were included in a multiple linear regression model for analysis.Results:The suicide attitudes towards suicide behavior and towards suicide victims in the suicide group were significantly lower than those in the non-suicide group,while the attitudes towards suicide victims'families were significantly higher.SIOSS and SSMSS score in the suicide group was significantly higher than that in the non-suicide group.Economic status,understanding of suicide behavior,personal pressure,peer and classmate pressure,etc are risk factors for adolescent depression suicide.Conclusion:Adolescents with depression have a higher suicide rate,and those who commit suicide hold a positive attitude towards suicide behavior,and are exposed to more stressors,especially those with good economic conditions,strained interpersonal relationships and pro-suicide attitudes behavior are more likely to engage in suicide behavior.
