摘 要:目的:探讨稳定期精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平与认知功能的相关性。方法:选取190例稳定期精神分裂症患者,按中国简版神经认知成套测验(Chinese brief cognitive test,C-BCT)评估认知功能的结果,分为正常组(42例)、轻度受损组(40例)、中度受损组(58例)及重度受损组(50例),比较各组间甲状腺激素水平的差异,分析甲状腺激素水平与认知功能的相关性。结果:稳定期精神分裂症患者认知功能受损程度与甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、三碘甲状腺素(triiodothyronine,T3)、游离三碘甲状腺素(free triiodothyronine,FT3)之间均存在显著负相关(r=-0.164、-0.160、-0.177,P均<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示T4对信息处理速度有显著的影响(P<0.05)。结论:稳定期精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平与认知功能损害有相关性,其中T4在信息处理速度上有显著影响。Objective:To explore the relationship between thyroid hormone levels and cognitive dysfunction in patients with stable schizophrenia.Method:A total of 190 patients with stable schizophrenia were selected.Based on the results of the Chinese brief cognitive test(C-BCT),the patients were divided into four groups:the normal cognition group(n=42),the mild cognitive impairment group(n=40),the moderate cognitive impairment group(n=58),and the severe cognitive impairment group(n=50).The differences in thyroid hormone levels among the groups were compared,and the correlation between thyroid hormone levels and cognitive function was analyzed.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between the degree of cognitive impairment and thyroxine(T4),triiodothyronine(T3),and free triiodothyronine(FT3)levels(r=-0.164,-0.160,-0.177;all P<0.05)in patients with stable schizophrenia.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that T4 had a significant impact on information processing speed(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between thyroid hormone levels and cognitive impairment in patients with stable schizophrenia,with T4 having a significant effect on information processing speed.
