摘　　要：高自杀风险抑郁症患者的自杀快速干预治疗受到临床关注,但目前抑郁症自杀快速干预中心建设与管理规范尚无统一标准。本文由江苏省精神科质量控制中心组织专家,查阅国内外相关文献、伦理要求与管理规范,基于中国和江苏省精神医学领域抑郁症自杀快速干预的临床诊疗实践,编撰江苏省精神专科医院抑郁症自杀快速干预中心建设与管理规范的专家共识,为江苏省抑郁症自杀快速干预中心建设与管理提供参考。The rapid intervention treatment for suicide in patients with high-risk depression has garnered clinical attention.However,there currently exists no unified standard for the construction and management protocols of rapid intervention centers for suicide in depression.This article is organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Center for Quality Control of Psychiatry,and experts have reviewed relevant literature,ethical requirements,and management norms at home and abroad.Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment practices of depression suicide rapid intervention in the field of psychiatry in Jiangsu Province and China,an expert consensus on the construction and management norms of depression suicide rapid intervention centers in Jiangsu Province's psychiatric specialty hospitals has been compiled,providing reference for the construction and management of depression suicide rapid intervention centers in Jiangsu Province.
