摘 要:课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程质量直接决定人才培养质量.2019年教育部印发《关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》,以提高课程的“高阶性、创新性和挑战度”为根本抓手,着力打造“金课”,全面提升人才培养质量.同时,教育部2020年印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》指出:课程思政建设要在所有高校、所有学科专业全面推进,坚定学生理想信念,切实提升立德树人的成效.内江师范学院《力学》课程团队结合自身在教学中发现的问题,基于“融合课程思政,强化两性一度”的理念,通过凝练课程育人理念、厘清课程教学目标、挖掘课程思政元素、丰富课程资源、重构教学内容、完善考核评价等,形成“导、讲-练-评、测-思、研”的课堂内外协同的教学模式,进行了全要素课程建设.《力学》课程教学改革与实践表明,全要素课程建设是提升学生学习效果和促进其全面发展有效途径,取得显著效果.Curriculum is the core element of talent cultivation,and the quality of curriculum immediately determines the quality of talent cultivation.In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the “Guidelines on the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Courses”,with the fundamental focus placed on improving the “high-order,innovative,and challenging” nature of curriculum,striving to create “golden courses” and comprehensively enhance the quality of talent cultivation.At the same time,the Ministry of Education issued the “Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Curriculum” in 2020,which pointed out that the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum should be comprehensively promoted in all universities and disciplines,reinforcing students' ideals and beliefs,and substantially heightening the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation.The Mechanics course team at Neijiang Normal University,based on the concept of “integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum and strengthening high-order,innovative and challenging standard”,has developed a collaborative teaching model of “guiding,elaborating-practising-evaluating,testing-reflecting,and research” both in and out of the classroom,by means of condensing the concept of curriculum education,clarifying curriculum teaching objectives,exploring ideological and political elements in the curriculum,enriching curriculum resources,reconstructing teaching content,and improving assessment and evaluation.The reform and practice of Mechanics course teaching have shown that the all element courses construction is an effective way for enhancing students' learning outcomes and their comprehensive development,and contributing to producing remarkable results.
