摘  要:为了确保风力发电机组的运行效率和结构安全,提出基于PID算法的叶片机械颤振控制方法。通过建立叶片的二维弯扭耦合简化数学模型,计算叶片机械颤振的固有频率;构建叶片机械颤振线性关系模型,判断叶片在特定条件下的颤振响应情况;采用MC 2838型号控制器结合PID算法,确定传递函数并求解,获取对叶片机械颤振的控制量,实现对叶片颤振的自动调节控制。实验结果表明,所提方法基本在0.05 s内即可以实现2组参数的归零控制,具有对叶片机械颤振的控制作用。In order to ensure the operational efficiency and structural safety of wind turbines,a blade mechanical flutter control method based on PID algorithm is proposed.By establishing a simplified mathematical model of two-dimensional bending torsion coupling of blades,the natural frequency of mechanical flutter of blades is calculated;construct a linear relationship model for blade mechanical flutter and determine the flutter response of the blade under specific conditions;using the MC-2838 model controller combined with PID algorithm,the transfer function is determined.By solving the transfer function,the control quantity for blade mechanical vibration is obtained,achieving automatic adjustment and control of blade vibration.The experimental results show that the studied method can achieve zero control of two sets of parameters within 0.05 seconds,and has a suppressive effect on blade mechanical flutter.
