摘　　要：面对智慧农业产业朝着智能化、精细化、集约化和规模化方向发展,对涉农专业人才提出新的更高要求的问题,迫切需要对农业职业教育做出相应的改革。该文通过开展调研,对智慧农业产业的发展现状、技术技能人才的需求情况及农业职业教育现状进行分析,得出相应结论。同时为增强重庆市农业学校职业教育适应性,提高重庆市农业学校涉农专业人才培养质量及毕业生的就业质量,提出相关对策和建议,以期为中职学校涉农专业人才培养提供参考方案。Faced with the development of the smart agricultural industry in the direction of intelligence,refinement,intensification and large-scale,new and higher requirements have been raised for agriculture-related professionals,and there is an urgent need to make corresponding reforms in agricultural vocational education.Through research,this paper analyzes the development status of the smart agricultural industry,the demand for technical and skilled talents,and the current situation of agricultural vocational education,and draws corresponding conclusions.At the same time,in order to enhance the adaptability of Chongqing Municipal Agricultural school's vocational education and improve the quality of training agriculture-related professionals in Chongqing Municipal Agricultural school and the employment quality of graduates,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide a reference plan for the training of agriculture-related professionals in secondary vocational schools.
