农业院校“实践育劳”模式探索与实践——以江西农业大学工学院为例

摘　　要：全面加强新时代劳动教育是建设高质量教育体系的必然要求。基于历史传统及发展战略,农业院校劳动教育对于落实“立德树人、强农兴农”办学使命具有独特的价值内涵。江西农业大学工学院把握学科特点,统筹实践资源,构建以“四环节、三支撑、两融合”为主要内容的“实践育劳”模式,推动劳动教育深度融入实践育人并贯穿于人才培养全过程。构建农业院校“实践育劳”教育体系,为探索新时代劳动教育提供有效借鉴和路径参考。Comprehensively strengthening labor education in the new era is an inevitable requirement for building a high-quality education system.Based on the historical tradition and development strategy,labor education in agricultural colleges and universities has a unique value connotation for the implementation of the mission of"cultivating people with moral character and strengthening agriculture".The School of Engineering of Jiangxi Agricultural University grasps the characteristics of the disciplines,coordinates practical resources,builds a practical labor education model with"four stages,three supports,and two integrations"as the main content,and promotes the deep integration of labor education into practical education and runs through the entire process of talent training.The construction of practical labor education education system in agricultural colleges and universities provides effective reference and path for exploring labor education in the new era.
