涉农高校校史资源融入“三农”情怀培育的现实逻辑与实践路径

摘  要:当前,乡村振兴战略正处于关键的发展阶段,对“三农”人才的需求日益增长。然而,令人关注的是,涉农高校毕业生的下乡就业意愿普遍低下,这反映出涉农高校在“三农”情怀培养方面存在不足。为解决这一问题,该文深入探讨如何将涉农高校的校史资源融入“三农”情怀的培养过程,通过深入分析当前的育人困境,提出创新性策略,包括构建校史工作与课程思政协同育人机制,以及以学生参与为驱动的深度融合策略。At present,the Rural Revitalization Strategy is at a critical stage of development,and the demand for talents in"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents"is growing.However,it is noteworthy that graduates of agriculture-related colleges and universities are generally reluctant to find employment in the countryside,which reflects the shortcomings of agriculture-related colleges and universities in cultivating feelings about"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents".In order to solve this problem,this paper discusses in depth how to integrate the school history resources of agricultural universities into the cultivation process of"agriculture,rural areas and rural residents"feelings.Through in-depth analysis of the current education dilemma,it puts forward innovative strategies,including building a school history work and curriculum ideological and political collaborative education mechanism,as well as a deep integration strategy driven by student participation.
