摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化凝聚着中华民族千百年来的智慧,其影响力受用至今。中华优秀传统文化对于促进党员干部崇德修身、强化责任担当和鞭策干部清风正气具有重大价值,但当下中华优秀传统文化融入党员干部教育还存在着文化自身发展受限、学习重视程度不够和教育体系实效性不强的现实挑战。结合新时代的要求,从完善融入体制、挖掘融入内容和重视融入实践三方面多管齐下,推动中华优秀传统文化更好地融入党员干部教育,以期实现中华优秀传统文化与党员干部教育的双向进步。The excellent traditional Chinese culture embodies the wisdom of the Chinese for thousands of years,and continues to exert a profound significance to this day.The excellent traditional culture of China has significant value in promoting the moral and ethical cultivation of party members and cadres,strengthening their sense of responsibility,and urging them to maintain a clean and upright demeanor.However,the integration of excellent traditional culture into the education of party members and cadres still faces practical challenges such as constrained cultural development,insufficient emphasis on learning,and weak effectiveness of the education system.In accordance with the requirements of the new era,we will take multiple measures to improve the integration system,explore the integration content,and attach importance to the integration practice,in order to promote the better integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the education of party members and cadres,and to achieve a two-way progress between Chinese excellent traditional culture and party member and cadre education.
