摘 要:文章以文旅新质生产力为背景,探讨了应用型高校旅游管理专业实践教学体系与创新人才社会责任感培养的相关问题,通过分析对文旅新质生产力内涵及对创新人才的要求,指出当前实践教学中社会责任培养面临的问题,如课程设置不匹配、实践条件受限、师资队伍不足、培养机制欠完善、校企合作不充分等,并提出了优化课程体系、夯实实践条件、强化师资队伍、完善培养机制、深化校企合作等对策,旨在提升文旅创新人才培养质量,推动文旅产业高质量发展。Against the backdrop of the new quality productive forces in culture and tourism industry,this paper explores the issues related to the practical teaching system and the cultivation of social responsibility among innovative talents in the tourism management major of applied universities.By analyzing the connotation of the new quality productive forces in culture and tourism industry and the requirements for innovative talents,it identifies the problems faced in the cultivation of social responsibility in current practical teaching,such as mismatched curriculum settings,limited practical conditions,insufficient faculty teams,imperfect training mechanisms,and inadequate university-enterprise cooperation.The paper proposes countermeasures such as optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical conditions,enhancing faculty teams,improving training mechanisms,and deepening university-enterprise cooperation.The aim is to improve the quality of training for innovative talents in culture and tourism industry and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
