摘  要:定尺机也称剪床辅助定尺设备,主要用于在金属棒材生产线上辅助切割设备完成定长职能,在生产中既能有效提高生产效率,又能保证棒材切割精度。本文设计的定尺机由电机控制,通过定尺头固定棒材位置定尺,通过液压和缓冲系统装置,使棒材稳定地固定在辊道上,结合切割机器的夹紧装置,完成对棒材长度的定量切割、气动打码等任务。本定尺机有效利用了气、液压系统,一定程度上实现了机械设计、液动控制和气动辅助的有效结合,适应场景多样,性能稳定,结构简单,维修方便。The sizing machine,also known as shearing bed auxiliary sizing equipment,is mainly used in the metal bar production line to assist the cutting equipment to complete the sizing function,which can effectively improve the production efficiency in production and ensure the accuracy of bar cutting.The sizing machine designed in this paper is controlled by the motor,fixed bar position sizing through the sizing head,through the hydraulic and buffer system device,so that the bar is stably fixed on the roller conveyor,combined with the cutting machine clamping device,to complete the length of the bar quantitative cutting,pneumatic marking and other tasks.This sizing machine effectively utilizes the gas and hydraulic system,and to a certain extent realizes the effective combination of mechanical design,hydraulic control and pneumatic assistance,adapts to a variety of scenarios,has stable performance,simple structure and convenient maintenance.
