摘 要:对一种带吸振器的轧辊振动特征时滞动力学进行分析。在分析动力学模型的基础上,开展非受控状态下的轧辊振动特性仿真分析。结果表明:在不同反馈参数下,轧辊振动幅值出现不同幅度“跳跃”。随着时滞量参数的提高,轧辊振动幅值在谷脊线方向发生逐渐降低趋势,获得稳定的轧制系统。该研究对轧机的振动状态起到明显抑制作用,有助于提高设备加工精度。In order to further improve the understanding of roll vibration characteristics,a time-delay dy-namic analysis of roll vibration characteristics with vibration absorber was developed.The vibration isolator has many advantages,such as high damping,stable operation and long service life,which plays a good ad-justment effect on the torsional vibration frequency of shafting and reduces the amplitude significantly.Based on the analysis of dynamic model,the simulation analysis of roll vibration characteristics in uncontrolled state is carried out.The results show that under different feedback parameters,the roll vibration amplitude will"jump"in different amplitude.With the increase of time delay parameter,the amplitude of roll vibration gradually decreases in the direction of valley ridge,and a stable rolling system is obtained.The research has played a significant role in suppressing the vibration state of the rolling mill and is helpful to improve the machining accuracy of the forging equipment.
