伟大建党精神的德育内涵、融入高校思想政治教育的价值与实践路径

摘　　要：伟大建党精神是中国共产党领导人民在长期艰苦探索、踔厉奋发的实践基础上形成的理论成果,是中国共产党人精神谱系的源头,体现了知、情、意、品相统一的思想政治教育内涵。伟大建党精神充实和丰富了大学生思想政治教育内容,其思想政治教育价值主要体现为思想引领价值、行为导向价值和人格塑造价值。伟大建党精神可以通过大学生思想政治理论课程、大学校园文化建设和大学生社会实践活动等实践路径融入大学生思想政治教育。高校要认真研究伟大建党精神融入思想政治教育的方法,努力提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效,以利于实现立德树人的根本任务。The great founding spirit of the Communist Party is a theoretical achievement formed by the Chinese Communist Party through its long-term revolutionary and construction practice,and it serves as the spiritual source of the Party.This spirit embodies a rich ideological and political educational connotation,reflecting the unity of knowledge,emotion,will and virtue.There is an intrinsic consistency between the great founding spirit and the content of ideological and political education in universities,enriching and enhancing the substance of such education.The educational value of the great founding spirit is mainly reflected in its guiding value for thought,its directive value for behavior,and its shaping value for character.The practical paths for integrating the great founding spirit into university students’ideological and political education include its integration into political theory courses,campus culture construction,and students’social practice activities.Universities must earnestly study the methods of integrating the great founding spirit into ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of such education and contribute to the fundamental task of cultivating virtuous individuals.
