高校面向未来产业高质量发展的逻辑理路与实践路径

摘　　要：高校是创新人才的培育基地,面向未来产业高质量发展的逻辑理路包括围绕未来产业需求,重建劳动素养培育标准;持续探索全新学域,推进新型劳动资料迭代;回应共同利益诉求,构建良性育人循环线条;依托产教融合格局,驱动产业集群转型升级。创新机制包括服务机制创新、保障机制创新、环境机制创新、管理机制创新,即基于服务区域变动情况找准未来战略方向、基于新型府学关系结构巩固发展保障根基、基于国际发展竞争环境升级创新团队建设、基于系统稳定运行需求建立灵敏管理模式。实践路径包括深挖自身办学优势,创建对应未来发展趋势的创新学科集群;明确“四链”创新方向,打造符合产教融合目标的组织架构体系;突出创新驱动理念,构建契合未来产业格局的教育战略布局;推进研究成果转化,搭建适合创新成果孵化的创新生态系统。Colleges and universities are the cultivation bases for innovative talents,and the logical principles for the high-quality development for future industries include the reconstruction of labor quality cultivation standards around the needs of future industries;continuously exploring new academic areas,promoting the iteration of new labor materials;responding to the common interests,building a virtuous education cycle;and driving the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters based on the integration pattern of industry and education.The innovation mechanism including service mechanism innovation,guarantee mechanism innovation,environmental mechanism innovation,management mechanism innovation,namely based on the service area changes for the future strategic direction,based on the new government relationship structure consolidate development security foundation,based on the international development of competitive environment upgrade innovation team building,based on the stable operation of the system needs to establish sensitive management mode.The practical paths include digging into their own educational advantages,creating innovative discipline clusters corresponding to the future development trend,clarifying the innovation direction of“four chains”,creating the organizational structure system in line with the goal of industry and education integration,highlighting the innovation-driven concept,and constructing the education strategic layout matching the future industrial pattern;promoting the transformation of research results,and building an innovation ecosystem suitable for the incubation of innovation results.
