摘　　要：螺旋插补铣是数控加工中一种常用的三轴联动铣削方式。介绍了螺旋插补的工作原理,利用数控机床的螺旋插补指令结合宏程序的逻辑运算功能,编制出通用类型加工程序,列举了2种螺旋插补通用宏程序及使用方法,在特殊条件下可有效提高生产效率和产品质量。Spiral interpolation milling is a commonly used three-axis linkage milling method in CNC machining.Introduced the working principle of spiral interpolation,and used the spiral interpolation instructions of CNC machine tools combined with the logical operation function of macro programs to develop a universal type of machine program.Two types of spiral interpolation universal macro programs and their usage methods were listed,which can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality under special conditions.
