摘 要:在全面依法治国的大背景下,深入推进中国式现代化建设离不开大批高素质的法治人才,而以实践为导向的法科课堂教学是培养高素质法治人才的关键渠道。然而,我国当前的法科课堂教学模式却难当此任,存在明显不足之处,主要表现为教学内容与方法落后以及教学互动与学习动力不足等方面。为此,我国应在宏观层面上强化国家、学校、教师和学生等不同主体的协力配合;具体可从优化教学管理、强化实战化教学、明确职业化教学目标、提升考核标准与透明度等方面改善提高,以期在教育综合改革不断深化的当下,推动我国法科课堂教学模式的优化调整和创新探索。Under the generalbackground of comprehensively governing the country according to law,deepening the construction of Chinese path to modernization cannot be separated from a large number of high-quality law talents,and practice-oriented law classroom teaching is the key channel to develop high-quality law talents.However,there are many shortcomings in the current law classroom teaching model in China:the first is the outdated teaching content and methods;the second issue is the lack of teaching interaction and learning motivation.We shall strengthen the cooperation and collaboration among different entities such as the state,schools,teachers,and students at the macro level;specifically,improvements can be made in optimizing teaching management,strengthening practicalteaching,clarifying vocational teaching objectives,enhancing assessment standards and transparency,etc.,in order to promote the optimization,adjustment and innovative exploration of the teaching model of law courses in China in the current context of deepening comprehensive education reform.
