摘 要:资助育人作为高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,须遵循“三全育人”的工作理念,做到全员资助育人、全过程帮扶学生成长、全方位助力学生精神解困。三全育人视域下高校资助育人工作存在育人主体单一、育人载体联动不足、育人环境有待改善等问题,一定程度上影响了资助育人功能的发挥。本文结合三全育人的工作理念,以上海财经大学浙江学院为例,从全方位助力经济解困、全过程引导精神解困、全员助推能力提升、全力压实资助工作责任四个方面有针对性地探索了高校资助育人的有关实践路径。As an essential part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,educating in financial aid must adhere to the concept of three-wide education,which involves comprehensive participation in student financial aid,holistic assistance in student growth,and all-round assistant for students’spiritual well-being.Under the perspective of three-wide education,current financial aid practices in colleges and universities face issues such as a singular educational subject,insufficient linkage of educational carriers,and an environment in need of improvement,which to some extent affect the effectiveness of financial aid in education.Regarding these issues,combining the work philosophy of the three-wide education,and taking Zhejiang College of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper explores the practical pathways of financial aid for students’development in higher education institutions.
