摘　　要：在现代社会迅速发展的背景下,加强产业与教育的深度融合、实践育人、德技并修以及高素质人才培养体系的整合显得尤为关键。产教融合有助于紧密连接教育与产业界,提升学生的综合素养和市场竞争力;实践育人则致力于锻炼技能,激发创新精神和实践能力;德技并修既注重技能的提升,也强调人文素养的培养,旨在培育具有社会责任感的高素质人才。通过深入的探讨与研究,不仅有助于培养更多的高素质人才,同时也为高等教育人才培养模式的改革提供了新的思路和方向。Under the background of rapid social development,it is crucial to deepen the integration of industry and education,education through practice,and the cultivation of both morality and skills,as well as the integration of high-quality talent training systems.Industry-education integration can closely connect education and industry,forge students'comprehensive quality and market competitiveness.Education through practice tempers skills and stimulates innovation and practical spirit.The cultivation of both morality and skills emphasizes both skill improvement and the cultivation of humanistic literacy,aiming to trin high-quality talents with a sense of social responsibility.Through in-depth discussion and research,it not only helps to train more high-quality talents,but also provides new ideas and directions for the reform of talent training modes in universities.
