摘　　要：高职教育以培养技术型人才为目标,为服务区域经济的发展输送大量的人才。“产教融合”背景下,高职院校在人才培养环节中要不断提升教学效率,完善教学管理模式,才能优化教学方法,提升人才培养质量。Higher vocational education aims at developing technical talents,which delivers a large number of talents to serve the development of the regional economy.Under the background of"integration of industry and education",higher vocational colleges must continuously improve teaching efficiency and improve the teaching management mode in the process of talent training,in order to optimize teaching methods and improve the quality of talent training.
