摘  要:教师的课程思政教学能力是决定课程思政教学效果的关键因素。本研究通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,对新疆地方本科院校大学外语教师的课程思政教学能力现状进行了探究。研究发现,他们的整体状况良好:教师们普遍持有积极的态度和明确的目标意识,能主动地开展学习,灵活运用教材,采用多样的教学方法,并积极参与教研与反思。然而,教师们也意识到自身的教学设计能力还有待提升,对课程思政的理论知识也有需求。为此,他们期待通过教学培训、现场观摩等形式获得更多的经验交流和优质资源共享的支持。The ideological and political teaching ability of foreign language teachers is the key factor that determines the effect of ideological and political teaching.This study probes into the current situation of ideological and political teaching ability of foreign language teachers in local universities in Xinjiang by questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that their teaching ability is in good condition:they genemally hold a positive attitude and a clear sense of goal,take the initiative to learn,use textbooks flexibly,adopt diverseteaching methods,and actively participate in research and reflection.However,teachers also realize that their teaching design ability needs to be improved,and the theoretical knowledge of curriculum ideology and politics is also in demand.They look forward to more experience exchange and high-quality resource sharing support through teaching training,observation and other forms.
