摘　　要：随着数字信息技术与物流业深度融合,物流行业从传统物流向智慧物流转型升级,对物流人才的适岗能力提出了新要求。本文以数字河北传统产业的转型升级和区域物流产业集群的发展为契机,遵循产业需求与人才培养深度融合的逻辑,围绕提升人才培养质量,调研高职物流教育现状与人才供给问题,结合网络招聘数据分析物流人才需求变化,从而厘清物流人才供需矛盾,进而构筑物流产业链与人才培养链深度融合的五位一体人才培养模式,探析高职物流专业智慧化转型的路径,为培养出契合行业需求的物流人才提供借鉴意义。With the deep integration of digital information technology and the logistics industry,the logistics industry is transforming and upgrading from traditional logistics to smart logistics,which puts forward new requirements for the adaptability of logistics talents.This paper takes the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in digital Hebei and the development of regional logistics industry clusters as an opportunity,following the logic of deep integration of industry demand and talent development,focusing on improving the quality of talent training,investigating the current situation of vocational logistics education and talent supply issues,analyzing the changes in logistics talent demand through online recruitment data,clarifying the contradiction between logistics talent supply and demand,and constructing a five-in-one talent training model that deeply integrates the logistics industry chain and talent training chain.It explores the path of intelligent transformation of vocational logistics major and provides reference for training logistics talents that meet industry needs.
