摘 要:针对以往的气体密度继电器高低温补偿误差自动控制方法采用单一的降噪处理方式,导致误差控制的效果不佳,设计了多传感器数据融合下气体密度继电器高低温补偿误差自动控制方法。在多传感器数据融合下,将采集的数据转换成不同的数字信号状态,判断该状态下是否存在极值点,对其进行降噪处理,计算误差特征阈值,构建出误差自动控制物理模型,通过计算物理模型中层与层之间的传递关系,构建误差自动控制数学模型,实现继电器高低温补偿误差的自动控制。在实验测试中,以相对误差为评价指标,和以往的控制方法相比,设计的多传感器数据融合下自动控制方法相对误差平均值更小,仅为0.03,误差控制效果更好。In view of the fact that the previous automatic control method of high and low temperature compensation error of gas density relay adopts a single noise reduction treatment method,which leads to the poor effect of error control,an automatic control method of high and low temperature compensation error of gas density relay under multi-sensor data fusion was designed.Under the fusion of multi-sensor data,the collected data was converted into different digital signal states,the extreme value points in the state were judged,the noise was reduced,the error characteristic threshold was calculated,and the automatic error control physical model was constructed,realizing the automatic control of relay high and low temperature compensation error.In the experimental test,the relative error was used as the evaluation index,compared with the previous control methods,the average relative error of the designed automatic control method under multi-sensor data fusion was smaller,only 0.03,and the error control effect is better.
