摘 要:经过锈蚀后的浇筑钢筋混凝土结构件容易产生开裂行为,对此展开探索研究实验。基于实验结果以及相关文献,分析总结出了在热力耦合下钢筋混凝土容易出现锈蚀开裂的影响因素。首先对钢筋混凝土中氯离子的传输方式进行相似模拟,检测不同时间段的钢筋混凝土相同位置的氯离子含量,并作为其热力学载量,再加入钢筋膨胀的时间和温度等系数参数,升高测试温度,测试其锈胀情况,依据此进行一系列常规分析。数据的汇总分析可以很好的模拟和分析地铁工程混凝土结构中开裂的影响因素,有利于及时对地铁中的钢筋混凝土进行更新迭代。The pouring reinforced concrete structural parts after rust are prone to cracking behavior,and the research experiments were carried out to explore and study them.Based on the experimental results and related literature,the influencing factors of rust and cracking of reinforced concrete under thermal coupling were analyzed and summarized.Firstly,the chloride ion transport mode in reinforced concrete was similarly simulated,the chloride ion content of reinforced concrete at the same position in different time periods was detected,and its thermodynamic load was used,and then the coefficient parameters such as time and temperature of steel bar expansion were added,the test temperature was increased,and the rust expansion was tested,and a series of routine analyses were carried out according to this.The summary analysis of the data can well simulate and analyze the influencing factors of cracking in the concrete structure of the subway project,which is conducive to the timely update and iteration of the reinforced concrete in the subway.
