摘 要:目的:研究弹腿与太极桩练习对高校太极拳选修课学生姿势控制的影响,为提高太极拳选修课学生姿势控制提供理论参考。方法:将63名太极拳课学生随机分为弹腿练习组(Tan Tui;TT)、太极桩练习组(Taijiquan Zhuang;TCZ)和对照组(Control group;CON),每组21人。TT组进行弹腿练习,TCZ组进行太极桩练习,CON组进行常规的热身练习,干预周期为10周(每周2次,每次20 min)。在基线(前)、干预8周(中)和干预10周(后)对闭眼单足站立测试(UniPedal Stance Test,UST)、星形偏移平衡测试(Star Excursion Balance Test,SEBT)、站立体前屈测试(Toe Touch Test,TTT)进行评估。结果:TT组对UST(前中、前后)、SEBT(前中、前后)和TTT(前中、前后)具有显著改善效果(P<0.05);TCZ组对UST(前后)、SEBT(前后)和TTT(前后)具有显著改善效果(P<0.05);CON组干预前后无显著改善(P>0.05)。8周时,TT组在UST、SEBT、TTT方面优于CON组(P<0.05);10周时,TT组和TCZ组在UST、SEBT、TTT方面优于CON组(P<0.05),且TT组在SEBT、TTT方面优于TCZ组(P<0.05)。Objective:To study the effect of leg bouncing and Taijiquan pile exercises on posture control of college Taijiquan elective course students,and to provide theoretical reference for improving posture control of Taijiquan elective course students.Method:63 students in Taijiquan class were randomly divided into three groups:Tan Tui;TT,Taijiquan Zhuang;TCZ,and Control group(CON),with 21 students in each group.The TT group underwent bouncing exercises,the TCZ group underwent Taijiquan pile exercises,and the CON group underwent routine warm-up exercises.The intervention period was 10 weeks(2 times a week,20 minutes each time).Evaluate the UniPedestal Stand Test(UST),Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT),and Toe Touch Test(TTT)at baseline(pre),intervention 8 weeks(mid),and intervention 10 weeks(post).Result:The TT group showed significant improvement in UST(front middle,front back),SEBT(front middle,front back),and TTT(front middle,front back)(P<0.05);The TCZ group showed significant improvement in UST(before and after),SEBT(before and after),and TTT(before and after)(P<0.05);There was no significant improvement in the CON group before and after intervention(P>0.05).At 8 weeks,the TT group was superior to the CON group in UST,SEBT,and TTT(P<0.05);At 10 weeks,the TT and TCZ groups were superior to the CON group in UST,SEBT,and TTT(P<0.05),and the TT group was superior to the TCZ group in SEBT and TTT(P<0.05).Conclusion:10 weeks of bouncing exercises and Taijiquan pile exercises can effectively improve the posture control of students in Taijiquan elective courses,significantly enhancing their static balance ability,dynamic balance ability,and flexibility.Compared to regular exercises and Taijiquan pile exercises,bouncing exercises are the best practice method to improve posture control for students in Taijiquan elective courses.It is recommended to use bouncing exercises as a warm-up exercise method for elective courses in college Taijiquan in the future.
