摘 要:跆拳道作为一项风靡高校的运动项目,其高强度的竞技特性虽激发了学生群体的广泛参与热情,却也潜藏着不容忽视的运动风险。文章聚焦于跆拳道运动中频繁出现的损伤模式,深入剖析诱发此类损伤的核心要素,诸如,技术动作执行不当、热身与拉伸环节的不充分执行、对抗过程中力量控制的失衡以及防护装备的缺失等。文章提出相应的优化策略,为教练员、运动员及相关管理人员提供预防损伤的理论科学依据,促进跆拳道运动在高校的健康发展。As a popular sport in colleges and universities,Taekwondo,with its high-intensity competitive characteristics,has aroused widespread enthusiasm among students,yet it also harbors non-negligible risks of sports injuries.This study focuses on the frequently occurring injury patterns within the field of Taekwondo,delving into the core factors that induce such injuries,including improper execution of technical movements,inadequate warm-up and stretching routines,imbalanced force control during confrontations,and the absence of protective gear.To address these issues,this study propose some strategies aim to provide theoretical and scientific foundations for coaches,athletes,and relevant administrators to prevent injuries and promote the healthy development of Taekwondo in colleges and universities.
