摘　　要：环状RNA(circ RNA)是一种广泛存在于真核生物中的内源性非编码RNA,可通过多种机制发挥致癌或抑癌的作用,有望成为肿瘤的一种新的生物标志物和治疗靶点。然而,circ RNA在肿瘤发生、发展中的复杂调控机制尚未完全明确,且基于circ RNA诊断和治疗的策略仍处于起步阶段。基于国内外的最新研究结果,综述circ RNA在肿瘤诊断和治疗领域的研究成果,为进一步研究circ RNA提供理论参考。Circular RNA(circRNA),a class of endogenous non-coding RNAs widely present in eukaryotes,can exert oncogenic or tumor-suppressive roles through multiple mechanisms.It holds promise as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for tumors.However,the complex regulatory mechanisms of circRNA in tumorigenesis and progression remain incompletely elucidated,and circRNA-based diagnostic and therapeutic strategies are still in their infancy.This review synthesizes recent advancements in circRNA research within the fields of tumor diagnosis and therapy,based on the latest domestic and international studies,aiming to provide theoretical insights for further exploration of circRNA.
