强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨强脉冲光与睑板腺按摩联合治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的效果。方法:选取200例MGD患者,随机分为比照组和联合组,每组各100例。比照组采用睑板腺按摩治疗,联合组采用强脉冲光与睑板腺按摩联合治疗。比较两组的眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、临床治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组OSDI评分及BUT对比,联合组均显著优于比照组(P<0.05)。联合组临床治疗总有效率高于比照组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于比照组(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩治疗MGD效果显著,优于单一的睑板腺按摩治疗,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with meibomian gland massage in treating meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Methods:A total of 200 MGD patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=100)and a combination group(n=100).The control group received meibomian gland massage alone,while the combination group underwent IPL therapy combined with meibomian gland massage.Outcomes including Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)scores,tear film breakup time(BUT),total clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the combination group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in OSDI scores and BUT compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy rate was higher in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of intense pulsed light and meibomian gland massage is significantly more effective in treating MGD than meibomian gland massage alone,with a favorable safety profile,making it worthy of clinical promotion.
