摘  要:目的:前列腺癌是全球男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,癌症干细胞(CSC)在其发展中扮演关键的角色。探讨CSC标记基因PVT1在前列腺癌诊断和预后评估中的价值。方法:使用单细胞RNA测序数据识别潜在的CSC。通过差异表达基因分析和单因素Cox回归分析,筛选与预后相关的关键基因,并通过生存(KM)曲线和受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估PVT1在前列腺癌诊断和预后评估中的作用。结果:单细胞数据分析揭示,C7群体为潜在的CSC亚群。PVT1在前列腺癌组织中呈高表达,并且可作为独立的前列腺癌诊断和预后评估标志物。结论:PVT1在前列腺癌的诊断和预后评估中具有重要价值。Objective:Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in men worldwide,where cancer stem cells(CSCs)play a pivotal role in its progression.This study aims to investigate the diagnostic and prognostic value of the CSC marker gene PVT1 in prostate cancer.Methods:Single-cell RNA sequencing data were utilized to identify potential CSCs.Differential expression gene analysis and univariate Cox regression analysis were employed to screen prognosisrelated key genes.The diagnostic and prognostic performance of PVT1 was further validated using Kaplan-Meier(KM)survival curves and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Results:Single-cell analysis identified the C7 cluster as a potential CSC subpopulation.PVT1 exhibited significant overexpression in prostate cancer tissues and served as an independent biomarker for both diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of prostate cancer.Conclusion:PVT1 demonstrates critical clinical value in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of prostate cancer.
