硅油眼二期囊袋内人工晶体植入联合后囊膜中央切除术的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨硅油眼二期囊袋内人工晶体植入联合后囊膜中央切除术的临床疗效。方法:将63例硅油眼二期手术患者随机分为试验组(32例)和对照组(31例),分别行硅油取出联合囊袋内人工晶体植入及后囊膜中央切除术、硅油取出联合囊袋内人工晶体植入术。比较两组手术指标、视功能及并发症情况。结果:术后6个月,试验组最佳矫正视力优于对照组(LogMAR视力:0.38±0.14 vs 0.45±0.15,P<0.05),后发性白内障发生率低于对照组(3.13%vs 12.90%,P<0.05)。结论:硅油眼二期囊袋内人工晶体植入联合后囊膜中央切除术可改善视功能,降低后发性白内障发生风险。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of secondary in-the-bag intraocular lens(IOL)implantation combined with central posterior capsulotomy in silicone oil-filled eyes.Methods:Sixty-three patients undergoing secondary surgery for silicone oil-filled eyes were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=32)and a control group(n=31).The experimental group underwent silicone oil removal combined with in-the-bag IOL implantation and central posterior capsulotomy,while the control group underwent silicone oil removal with in-the-bag IOL implantation alone.Surgical outcomes,visual function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6 months postoperatively,the experimental group exhibited superior best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)compared to the control group(LogMAR:0.38±0.14 vs.0.45±0.15,P<0.05)and a lower incidence of posterior capsular opacification(3.13%vs.12.90%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Secondary in-the-bag IOL implantation combined with central posterior capsulotomy in silicone oil-filled eyes improves visual function and reduces the risk of posterior capsular opacification.
