摘  要:目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下应用改良式针式电刀与低温等离子刀进行鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年12月于邳州市人民医院接受鼻内窥镜手术的40例鼻前庭囊肿患者,根据手术器械分为针式电刀组(n=20)与低温等离子刀组(n=20)。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、医疗费用及并发症发生率。结果:两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),针式电刀组术中创伤面积、术后愈合时间、医疗费用均优于低温等离子刀组(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻前庭囊肿手术中,应用改良式针式电刀与低温等离子刀均能取得良好的效果,但前者具有明显的经济优势及微创优势,适合推广应用。Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes of modified needle-type electrocautery and low-temperature plasma knife in endoscopic marsupialization of nasal vestibular cysts.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with nasal vestibular cysts who underwent endoscopic surgery at Pizhou People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on surgical instruments:the needle-type electrocautery group(n=20)and the low-temperature plasma knife group(n=20).Parameters including operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain scores,medical costs,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain scores,or complication rates(P>0.05).However,the needle-type electrocautery group demonstrated advantages over the low-temperature plasma knife group in terms of intraoperative trauma area,postoperative healing time,and medical costs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both modified needle-type electrocautery and low-temperature plasma knife achieve favorable clinical outcomes in nasal vestibular cyst surgery.The former,however,offers significant economic and minimally invasive advantages,making it preferable for widespread adoption under healthcare cost-control policies.
