摘 要:目的:研究情景模拟教学法在《护理管理学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法:选取安徽三联学院护理学院本科护理学专业2021级学生作为研究对象,整群抽样随机抽取4个班级,分别设为试验组和对照组,分别给予情景模拟教学法、常规教学法。对比两组护生对课程教学的满意度。结果:两组护生《护理管理学》课程理论考试期末成绩,试验组平均成绩为(86.43±6.95)分,对照组平均成绩为(80.65±8.02)分,组间对比试验组平均成绩更高(t=5.336,P<0.05)。对两组护生《课程教学满意度调查表》情况进行调查分析发现,在各调查指标满意度方面,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在《护理管理学》课程教学中采用情景模拟教学法,可有效提高护生对理论知识的应用能力,有利于拓展其专业知识和学术视野。Objective:To investigate the application effectiveness of the scenario simulation teaching method in the course teaching of Nursing Management.Methods:Undergraduate nursing students from the 2021 cohort at the School of Nursing,Anhui Sanlian University,were selected as the study subjects.Four classes were randomly selected through cluster sampling and divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received scenario simulation teaching,while the control group received conventional teaching.The satisfaction of both groups with the course teaching was compared.Results:The final theoretical exam scores of the Nursing Management course showed that the experimental group achieved a higher mean score(86.43±6.95)compared to the control group(80.65±8.02),with a statistically significant difference(t=5.336,P<0.05).Analysis of the Course Teaching Satisfaction Survey revealed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in satisfaction across all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the scenario simulation teaching method in the Nursing Management course effectively enhances nursing students'ability to apply theoretical knowledge and facilitates the expansion of their professional knowledge and academic horizons.
