摘 要:目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合教师标准化病人(TSP)教学法在高职临床医学专业医患沟通学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取不同校区90名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,并分成两组。对照组(n=30)以传统课堂授课和个案研究的方式进行医患沟通学教学,试验组(n=60)在此基础上,增加Mini-CEX联合TSP教学法,同时将试验组学生分为试验1组(n=30,校本部临床医学专业二年级学生)和试验组2组(n=30,校企合作临床医学专业二年级晋江班学生),比较不同组别学生的教学效果。结果:试验组Mini-CEX评估成绩较对照组高(P<0.05);试验1组与试验2组的Mini-CEX评估成绩比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组问卷调查中各指标评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.001);试验1组与试验2组问卷调查中各指标评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:Mini-CEX联合TSP教学法在高职临床医学专业医患沟通学教学中的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with Teacher Standardized Patients(TSP)in teaching doctor-patient communication for higher vocational clinical medicine students.Methods:Ninety clinical medicine students from different campuses were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)received traditional classroom lectures and case studies for doctor-patient communication training,while the experimental group(n=60)additionally underwent Mini-CEX combined with TSP.The experimental group was further divided into Experimental Subgroup 1(n=30,second-year students from the main campus)and Experimental Subgroup 2(n=30,second-year students from the school-enterprise cooperative Jinjiang Class).Teaching effectiveness was compared across groups.Results:The Mini-CEX assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),with no significant difference between Experimental Subgroups 1 and 2(P>0.05).Questionnaire survey scores across all indicators in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001),with no significant differences between Experimental Subgroups 1 and 2(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Mini-CEX and TSP demonstrates significant effectiveness in teaching doctor-patient communication for higher vocational clinical medicine students.
