脑血疏口服液治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨脑血疏口服液治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)患者的临床疗效。方法 82例HICH患者随机分为脑血疏组和对照组,每组41例。两组均采用常规药物保守治疗;脑血疏组在此基础上加用脑血疏口服液治疗。比较两组治疗前后血肿体积、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分以及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)等指标。结果 与治疗前相比,两组治疗后血肿体积、NIHSS评分、WBC、凝血酶时间和CRP降低,BI评分、纤维蛋白原、ALT和AST增加(P<0.05);与对照组相比,脑血疏组治疗后血肿体积减少,mRS评分降低(P<0.05)。脑血疏组入院后第7、14、21天血清NSE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规药物保守治疗基础上加用脑血疏口服液可降低HICH患者血清NSE水平,促进脑内血肿的吸收,降低神经细胞的损伤程度,促进神经功能的恢复,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 82 patients with HICH were randomly divided into two groups of A and B with 41 cases each.The patients in both groups accepted conventional conservative treatment.Group A was additionally given Naoxueshu oral liquid.The volume of hematoma,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score,Barthel Index(BI) score,modified Rankin Scale(mRS) score and the level of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) were compared before and after the treatment in both groups.Results Compared with before,the volume of hematoma,NIHSS score,WBC,thrombin time and CRP were decreased,while BI score,fibrinogen,ALT and AST were increased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the volume of hematoma and mRS score were decreased after the treatment in group A(P<0.05).The levels of serum NSE in group A were lower than those in group B in the 7~(th),14~(th) and 21~(st) day after admission(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional conservative treatment in the patients with HICH,additionally use of Naoxueshu oral liquid can decrease the level of serum NSE,promote the absorption of intracerebral hematoma,reduce the degree of nerve cell injury,enhance the recovery of neurological function and improve the prognosis of patients.
