全麻结直肠癌根治术后苏醒时间影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科理念下全麻结直肠癌根治术后苏醒时间影响因素。方法回顾性纳入2021年1月至2024年1月于本院接受加速康复外科理念指导下全麻根治手术治疗结直肠癌患者共126例,记录临床特征资料及术后苏醒时间,采用单因素和多因素分析全麻结直肠癌根治术后苏醒时间独立影响因素。结果本研究纳入126例患者术后苏醒时间为(38.61±5.80)min;单因素分析结果显示,年龄、手术时间、术前血红蛋白水平及术前空腹血糖水平均与加速康复外科理念下全麻结直肠癌根治术后苏醒时间有关(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,年龄、手术时间、术前血红蛋白水平及术前空腹血糖水平均是加速康复外科理念下全麻结直肠癌根治术后苏醒时间独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念下全麻结直肠癌根治术后患者苏醒时间与年龄、手术时间、术前血红蛋白水平及术前空腹血糖水平密切相关。Objective To investigate the influencing factors analysis of recovery time after radical resection of rectal cancer under general anesthesia under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Methods 126 cases of rectal cancer patients who received radical surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital under the guidance of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively included and the clinical characteristics and postoperative recovery time were recorded.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the independent influencing factors of recovery time after radical surgery for patients with rectal cancer under general anesthesia.Results The average recovery time of 126 patients was(38.61±5.80)min.The results of univariate analysis showed that age,operation time,preoperative hemoglobin level and preoperative fasting blood glucose level were related to the recovery time after radical resection of rectal cancer under general anesthesia under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that age,operation time,preoperative hemoglobin level and preoperative fasting blood glucose level were independent factors influencing the recovery time after radical surgery for rectal cancer under general anesthesia under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,operation time,preoperative hemoglobin level and preoperative fasting blood glucose level were closely related to the recovery time of patients after radical resection of rectal cancer under general anesthesia under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.
