高校学生党建工作引领青年志愿服务的长效机制——基于CSAA模型

摘　　要：高校学生党建工作引领青年志愿服务以CSAA知识管理模型为框架,针对供给与需求双链内部的知识产生、精华分享、吸收内化、应用外化四大子系统循环分析,指出当前存在的不足,并提出跨越高墙的思路在于加强理论教育,探索长效机制;整合高校资源,打造品牌活动;整合高校资源,系统内收外化;党建引领赋能,推动成效质变;促进双链循环,巩固体系建设。Taking the CSAA knowledge management model as framework,the party building work of college students leads the youth volunteer service to make an analysis of the four major sub-systems cycle of knowledge generation,essence sharing,internalization of absorption and externalization of application within the dual chain of supply and demand,pointing out the current deficiencies and proposing that the idea of crossing the high wall lies in the guidance of scientific theories and active acquisition of knowledge,integration of college resources and externalization of systematic internalization.The party building leadership empowers to promote the qualitative change of effectiveness and the double-chain cycle and consolidate the system construction.
