摘　　要：供应链“断点”“堵点”是造成经济循环梗阻的重要因素,亟须明晰深层原因以更好实现高质量发展。基于非正式制度距离视角,以中国独特的方言地理格局为切入点,探讨了上下游企业所在区域间的方言差异如何成为诱发供应链“断点”“堵点”的潜在因素,进而系统分析这一差异对企业创新的影响及其内在机制。利用2007—2021年A股上市企业及其客户数据,实证分析发现:企业与其客户所在区域间的方言差异对企业创新具有负向影响,该抑制作用主要通过阻碍合作深化和加剧供需失调实现。异质性分析表明,当客户议价能力较强、企业为非国有性质、企业与其客户归属不同省份以及双方高管间方言差异较大时,企业与其客户所在区域间方言差异的负向影响更为显著。研究结论揭示了阻碍供应链合作与创新的隐性因素,为促进微观层面供应链稳定畅通与宏观层面经济顺畅循环提供了重要借鉴。“Bottlenecks”and“blockages”in supply chains are significant factors hindering economic circulation,necessitating a deeper understanding of their underlying causes to better facilitate high-quality development.From the perspective of informal institutional distance,it explored how dialectal differences between upstream and downstream enterprises acted as a potential factor triggering supply chain“bottlenecks”and“blockages”,and systematically analyzed the impact of this difference on corporate innovation and the mechanisms.Using the data from A-share listed companies and their customers in China from 2007 to 2021,it made the empirical tests.The results reveales that dialectal differences between companies and their customers has a negative effect on corporate innovation.This inhibitory effect is primarily realized by hindering the deepening of cooperation and exacerbating supply-demand imbalances.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the negative impact of dialectal differences is more significant when customers have greater bargaining power,companies are non-state-owned,companies and their customers are from different provinces,or there is a greater dialectal difference between the executives of both parties.The findings reveal hidden factors that impede supply chain cooperation and innovation,and provide important insights for promoting stable and smooth supply chain operations at the micro level and facilitating a smooth economic cycle at the macro level.
