摘　　要：新兴市场跨国公司(emerging market multinational enterprises,EMNEs)国际化进程的不同嵌入状态内生了利益相关者及其诉求变化导致多重合法性问题。基于机会窗口和动态能力理论,构建了EMNEs多重合法性获取的框架模型,并以迈瑞医疗为案例,研究了EMNEs在其国际化进程中多重合法性获取机理及策略。研究发现:多重合法性获取包括“多重合法性压力识别—多重合法性战略响应—多重合法性获取”三个环节,即甄别不同嵌入状态下的主要利益相关者及其诉求,识别该状态下的合法性压力;对资源和组织进行重新战略部署以响应不同的合法性压力;在不同嵌入状态采取不同的合法性战略获取多重合法性。此外,嵌入状态是EMNEs抓住机会窗口实施国际化动态战略的体现,EMNEs的动态能力具有外来者优势,是多重合法性战略的微观基础。研究结论为EMNEs制定并实施多重合法性战略提供了参考。The different embedding states of the internationalization process of emerging market multinational enterprises(EMNEs)have generated multiple legitimacy issues due to the changing demands and interests of stakeholders.Based on the theory of opportunity window and dynamic capability,a framework model for multiple legitimacy acquisition of EMNEs was constructed.Taking Mindary Medical as a case study,the mechanism and strategy of multiple legitimacies acquisition of EMNEs in the internationalization process were studied.The results show that obtaining multiple legitimacies includes three stages:identifying multiple legitimacies pressures,responding to multiple legitimacies strategies,and obtaining multiple legitimacies.Firstly,identify the main stakeholders and their demands in different embedding states,and identify legitimacy pressures in that state.Secondly,reassign resources and organizations to respond to different legitimacy pressures.Finally,implement different strategies to obtain multiple legitimacies for different embedding states.In addition,the embedding state is a manifestation of EMNEs seizing the opportunity window to implement international dynamic strategies.EMNEs’dynamic capabilities have the advantage of outsiders,and are the micro foundation of multiple legitimacies strategies.The conclusion provides a reference for EMNEs to develop and implement multiple legitimacies strategies.
