摘　　要：随着全球老龄化加速,尤其是在我国,失能老人群体逐年增加,心理支持需求日益复杂,传统的静态服务模式无法满足其个性化和动态变化的需求,导致心理健康问题加剧。本研究拟构建一个动态优化路径,旨在精准识别失能老人的潜在心理需求,并提出高效的资源配置和服务优化模式。研究基于心理需求分层理论、定制化资源配置理论和动态反馈优化理论,提出一个综合性框架,能够系统地识别老年人群体的心理需求,动态调整资源分配,并通过反馈机制优化服务效果。此框架的实施可提升服务质量、提高资源利用效率,从而改善失能老人心理健康状况。With the acceleration of global aging,particularly in China,the population of disabled elderly individuals is increasing year by year,and their psychological support needs are becoming increasingly complex.Traditional static service models fail to meet their personalized and dynamic needs,leading to exacerbated mental health issues.This study constructs a dynamic optimization path to accurately identify the psychological needs of disabled elderly individuals and proposes a more precise and efficient resource allocation and service optimization model.Based on the theories of psychological needs hierarchy,customized resource allocation,and dynamic feedback optimization,the study presents a comprehensive framework that systematically identifies the psychological needs of the elderly,dynamically adjusts resource distribution,and optimizes service effectiveness through feedback mechanisms.The implementation of this framework can improve service quality,enhance resource utilization,and ultimately improve the mental health of the elderly.
