胃癌患者ANGPTL2、CXCR3表达水平与预后的关系分析

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌患者体内血管生成素-2(ANGPTL2)、细胞表面CXC趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)的表达水平,分析这两种物质与患者预后的关系。方法选取2020年10月~2021年11月收治的80例胃癌患者为研究对象,对比癌旁正常组织和癌组织内的ANGPTL2表达,分析不同ANGPTL2表达水平与胃癌患者预后的关系;分析胃癌临床病理特征CXCR3的表达水平,并分析该指标水平与预后的关系。结果癌旁正常组织的ANGPTL2阳性表达率(3.75%)明显低于癌组织(90.00%)(P<0.05);ANGPTL2表达阳性患者的无病生存期短于阴性患者,复发率高于阴性患者,3年生存率低于阴性患者(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析显示ANGPTL2阳性表达为影响胃癌患者无病生存期、复发率及3年生存率的独立危险因素(P<0.05);CXCR3高表达与低表达患者的肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CXCR3的高表达胃癌患者的生存时间长于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论ANGPTL2、CXCR3表达水平可预测胃癌患者的预后,为该病临床治疗提供参考依据。Objective To detect the expression levels of ANGPTL2 and CXC chemokine receptor 3(CXCR3)in patients with gastric cancer,and to analyze the relationship between these two substances and the prognosis of patients.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects,and ANGPTL2 expression levels in adjacent normal tissues and cancer tissues were compared to analyze the relationship between different ANGPTL2 expression levels and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.The expression level of CXCR3 in clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer was analyzed,and the relationship between the level of CXCR3 and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of ANGPTL2 in adjacent normal tissues(3.75%)was significantly lower than that in cancerous tissues(90.00%)(P<0.05).Patients with positive ANGPTL2 expression had a shorter disease-free survival period than those with negative expression,a higher recurrence rate than those with negative expression,and a lower 3-year survival rate than those with negative expression(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that positive ANGPTL2 expression was an independent risk factor affecting disease-free survival,recurrence rate and 3-year survival rate of gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).There were significant differences in tumor invasion depth,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage between patients with high CXCR3 expression and those with low CXCR3 expression(P<0.05).The survival time of gastric cancer patients with high CXCR3 expression was longer than that of patients with low CXCR3 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of ANGPTL2 and CXCR3 can predict the prognosis of gastric cancer patients,and provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
